OPAL: Lawrence Livermore Lab Opacity Tables

OPAL Rosseland mean opacity tables with intermediate coupling
for the Fe as described in "Spin-Orbit Effects on the Rosseland
Mean Opacity," by Iglesias, Rogers, & Wilson. The table format
is as given in the above paper. Briefly, tables are for the
decadic logarith of the opacity (cm**2/gm); rows of constant
temperature, T6 is in million of degrees; and columns of
constant R, where R=density(gm/cm**3)/T6**3. For some remarks
on interpolation see Rogers & Iglesias, Ap.J.Supplement 76,
April(1992).
The program opalfit.for implements the interpolation method
described by Seaton (1993, MNRAS)
These tables are for the Grevesse 1991 metal composition (see
first paper above for details) for various values of hydrogen
mass fraction, X, and metal mass fraction, Z. The are contained
in files opal_nn.dat, where nn is given by...
